- ONLY defective items are illegible for return or exchange. Proof of defect must be submitted via email to boccisportgear@gmail.com.
- Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that have been tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return claims must be made within 3 days from the delivery date.
